My sons car went into limp mode.I took it to a pretty well known local shop to have it diagnosed.They told me it was the catalytic converter and the price they gave me made me think it wasn't worth fixing being its a 2015.I went for a second opinion before buying a new car.I saw John at oleander muffler and he was very honest with me and suggested I go to Carlile Motors.Upon entering I talked to Robert he was very personable and knowledgeable when I explained my situation.He said they would have to run their own tests as they do not take another shops test results.The results came back the same as the first but the price was half of what the first shop wanted.They fixed my car in one day and wanted to keep it overnight and drive it the next day to make sure everything was running fine.Robert even gave me half off the diagnostic scan because he knew I had paid to have the first scan.I highly recommend Carlile Motors for the honesty and great service.I will be taking my vehicles to them for all service in the future.

My service is always top-notch. They listen to my description of what is going on with my car and pay Attention. Always kind and helpful. Do their best to get me In-N-Out. As fast as possible. Extremely reliant. They never try to oversell anything. Their work has been nothing but exceptional. Being a woman, I have always found places that take advantage of us. They have never done this to me. Therefore, this is why I am leaving this review. Total 5 stars in my book!!!! Their prices are great!!

My mechanics for the last 4 cars I’ve owned and that equates to about the last 15 years of my life! I have highly recommended clients and family to them too! Recently went in for an “air sucking sound”, it was a hose, got it fixed the same day and they discovered another issue, one of motor mounts was broken, they alerted me and got it fixed the next day! They showed me the mount when I came in and it was certainly broken! Saved me time and money and stress! They’ve always got my back! Thanks guys! Keep up the great service!

Was able to make an online appointment for exactly the day I needed, I told them issues I was having and they took care of it quickly. We previously were with a local business for many years who at last visit told me I needed more than 1k in repairs. Here they explained I needed none of that. They were honest and made me feel comfortable. We will be coming here exclusively now.
