Great service. Robert was very good at explaining everything. The only negative is that the diagnostic fee is not applied to the vehicle repair charge. Some repair shops have a policy where if they do the repair, the diagnostic fee will not be applied and is basically waived, but if they don't do the repair, then you have to pay for the diagnostic. Other than that, this is a great mechanic shop. I will definitely come here again in the future (hopefully no time soon 🤞)

Carlisle motor tires and service is the only company I will ever use again. I started using them several years ago on different vehicles that I had and their service is top notch. My car was repaired in a timely manner, at a fair price. They did diagnostic testing without any problems, better than the car dealer where I had been taking my car. I will definitely take my car back for any future problems. Very nice, professional people.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND! This is my third time taking my 2018 Audi Q5 to get an oil change and then experience is always outstanding. I’ve gotten my water reservoir & thermostat replaced here with no issues. Best place around!
