I had a intermittent rear brake noise at low speed. The techs found my brake caliper was causing the problem. I had them replace the rear calibers and also the front calipers due to there age. The brakes are performing great after the repair.

The guys here are the most most honest and straightforward. They take the time to listen, inspect, explain, and prioritize work that must be done. So I go in and I’m thinking I just go in for just a plug job and it takes an hour for that, meanwhile 2 hours later I find out that I need rear brakes and front brakes which in my book I s good to know. I drive an older car a 2004 Honda Element I’ve had it and it’s second hand it had 35,000 when I got it, now it has 206,000 miles on it. I do the usual maintenance on oil, battery’s, tires this is my second brake job on the car all around, my 4th set of tires on this Honda. It’s been a great vehicle the only other major thing I’ve done is I had a starter put in, other then that I’ve had no issues with it car. It’s been to California, New England, the car sets no more then a day in my driveway. I’ve only been with carleys my second time once to change my oil and now for a plug job that I should have had at 110,000, but instead had it at 206,000 just never gave me any issue. But so far so good. I’ve had no issues persay!
